Developing coaches within your organizationWe’ve found that 360 Feedback produces the best results when coupled with coaching. Although we offer our own coaching services, we are also thrilled when organizations ask us to train their internal coaches. With the right resources, your coaches can help 360 participants better understand their feedback and take the next steps in their development.
Generally we’ll provide your coaches with several 60-90-minute videoconferencing sessions and a one-on-one 360 Feedback session, plus follow-up calls and emails as needed. We aim to help you create a coaching culture within your own organization that lives long after our consulting is finished.
